Linda Ponce has recently joined the real estate team of Taylor Properties — Menlo Park and Palo Alto offices. Living in the Bay Area for over 40 years has offered her a complete understanding of the unique challenges of buying and selling a home in this highly competitive market. She has an in-depth knowledge of your neighborhood and can update you with the latest market trends. Most importantly, Linda enjoys serving people in our community.
Growing up in Palo Alto and graduating from Cubberly High School, Linda then attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton where she received her Bachelors of Music degree. She went on to earn two Masters Degrees; Arts Teaching (M.A.T.) and Public Administration (M.P.A.).
Linda has taught music in Menlo Park and Palo Alto School districts for over 11 years.
Her passion of bringing music into our schools, through a non-profit company she founded in 1990, has created successful music programs. In addition, she fosters the value of performing arts to children in our community delivered by her company the West Bay Music Academy (www.westbaymusic.org). This commitment reflects the same passion, discipline and entrepreneurial skills that she will bring to the Real Estate field.
Linda resides in Redwood City with her husband and four children. She has seen Taylor Properties emerge as a leader in the Bay Area Real Estate market over the past 25 years.
